Our Services
Makkah Luxury Taxi offers premium taxi and private car rental services for pilgrims and travelers visiting Makkah and surrounding cities.
All rides are subject to vehicle and driver availability.
Booking Policy
- Bookings can be made directly through our website, WhatsApp, or phone.
- Fares depend on route, vehicle type, date, and season.
- To confirm your booking, full or partial payment may be required.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule rides in case of emergencies or unavoidable conditions.
Cancellations & Refunds
- You can cancel your booking at least 24 hours before your pickup time for a partial refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the ride or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Passenger Responsibilities
- Please ensure you are available at the pickup location at the confirmed time.
- Passengers must follow all local laws and respect the driver and vehicle.
- Smoking, alcohol, and illegal items are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
Company Liability
Makkah Luxury Taxi will not be held responsible for:
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or road closures
- Loss or damage to personal belongings left in vehicles
- Any incident beyond our reasonable control
Modifications to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms anytime without prior notice.
The updated version will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
